Cycle To Work is one of the unique and significant campaigns taking place under the initiative Bhopal Cyclocity. It’s a campaign to kindle and challenge the masses to take a pledge to promote and support the idea of eco-friendly & sustainable means of transport. To carry out cycling to travel to your work is the comprehensive vision of this very challenge. We wish to bring a wave of motivation and excitement for cycling that fills you up with a sense of pride & accomplishment to do something worthy not only for your health but for the environment as well! It’s just a matter of your choice! Are you ready to choose this new way of travel to work that can also inspire your colleagues, peers, and pals to strive the same?

Participants must ensure to record their cycling activity in any tracking app. Once your challenge has been finished You can either upload your activity details on the upload link sent on your confirmation email or can click on the upload activity tab at www.runbhopalrun.com.

The Finale lucky draw Winner would win a brand-new cycle.

Participation from Corporates/organizations is highly encouraged. The top 3 groups/ institute/corporate with a maximum number of members registered & participation stand a chance to win prizes including 20 T-shirts and 1 bicycle for each group while minimum number of participants is 20 members.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

The challenge is open to all people across the globe. ( Age >18 years ).
E certificate can be downloaded from the mail by April 15th.
Lucky draw winners will be declared on the basis of participation.
Lucky draw contest winners who are Bhopal residents can collect the prizes from the RBR office. An Email will be sent to all the winners and they are supposed to respond to it within 15 days of declaration of prize.

For the participants who are not living in Bhopal city, we won’t be able to
deliver you the prizes. However, we would definitely award you all with
E-finisher certificates.

Participants must ensure they are completely fit enough to perform these activities.
We advise you to take a medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner and adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown, social distancing, public gathering etc. The participant shall be responsible for any medical condition arising due to the covid-19 infections or any emergency during the term of the event.
