No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race Further, Bhopal runner reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the cycling number bib on race day, for impersonation.

NO, each member needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached and can mention the name of the group.

No, a representative cannot submit individual applications.

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application. Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar card, etc.

We will accept valid learners driving license, school / college identity cards for students below the age of 18 years.

Waiver not signed,
Applicant is underage for the race chosen,
Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,
More than one entry form received from the same applicant,

The RBR Expo will be held on 6 December,2024 and 7 December,2024 at Bhojpur club from 11 AM-6 PM.
Timing: 11 AM-6 PM

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs. If you are unable to come and collect their bib on these dates due to unavoidable circumstances, a representative can collect the bib, chip and runners kit on your behalf. The representative will be required to produce the following documents to our registration team –

Only 10 k and 21k participants will be running with the RFID timing chip (BIB).

10 k and 21 k participants will be running with timing bib which will automatically track the timing.Do not crample or damage the timing chip and cross all the timings to get the accurate results ,failing which may lead to wrong results.

We will be making all the necessary arrangements to ensure all participants have a memorable experience. Stay tuned to this space for details.

At each Aid station the runner will find adequate zero contact water, energy drink & Pain relief sprays. We also have medical professionals at each aid station to handle any emergencies.

It is best to wear comfortable clothes and good shoes for the run. Choose a pair of running shoes with good cushioning and suitable for running.

Yes, all finishers completing their race will get a medal and downloadable e-certificate.

SMS and Timing Certificate will be provided to eligible participants - participants who tag at all the timing mats will be eligible for timing certificate.

Participants failing to tag on a mandatory timing mat will be disqualified.

The provisional timing results are displayed on the website within 8 hours of published close hour of the race. Race results should be available on the event website for a period of 21 days from the date of the event.

Runners who find any discrepancies in the published results or any corrections in the E certificate can write us an email to runbhopalrun@gmail.com with sufficient proof within 15 days from the event date.

Yes. Transport options will be available.

E certificates can be downloaded from the RBR profile or from website from December 8,2024 after the final results are declared.
